Shermayne Lee

Senior Full Stack Engineer, Generative AI

Product is what drives me. Over 9+ years I've learned the software worth building is the kind people genuinely rely on. Right now I'm at Harrison.ai building AI products for radiologists, with one goal: take the repetitive, time-consuming parts of their day off their plate so they can focus on reading scans and making the call. The agent and applied AI work underneath is how I get there, but what I really care about is whether it makes their work faster, easier and safer. Before this, I spent seven years helping enterprise clients bring their own products to life on the cloud.

Harrison.ai

Full Stack Engineer, Generative AI

Building AI products that help radiologists work faster and with more confidence, taking the repetitive, time-consuming parts off their plate. I work across the React and TypeScript front ends and the Go services behind them, and evaluate our speech recognition pipelines so reports take less time to write. Claude Code is part of how I ship day to day.

Off the clock

Outside work

Some of my best ideas show up when I'm nowhere near a keyboard. I take a lot of photos, mostly of my kids and whatever the Perth light is doing that day. I cook constantly, usually something I've never made before and occasionally something the family asks for again. And I have firm opinions about what makes a good flat white, which I'm always happy to defend. Weekends belong to my kids and the hunt for somewhere new to take them.
